The information field in Belarus and Russia is under pressure of speculation because of the announced political changes in Russia. This opinion was voiced during the next round table of the project Expert Environment. The main topic of discussion this time was constitutional reform in Russia. The Expert Environment is the first attempt to consider the processes taking place at a serious analytical level.
In Russia, these processes are very fast and are accompanied by a media noise, which arouses great interest and a lot of versions.
