Denazification in Ukraine looks strange to many people, but that's only because many moments of Ukrainian nationalism, which by virtue of circumstances turned into Nazism, have been hushed up for many, many years. The nationalist organizations in the territory of the modern Ukraine began to be active at the beginning of the 20th century, and this song lasts to this day. These moods were essentially growing up with brutal Nazis. And they were preparing a plan. I suggest listening to an episode from a document based on the results of the Bandera Readings, which take place annually. This document was adopted in 2018. The Bandera Readings are the main congress of the Ukrainian nationalist-Nazis. According to their idea, the Ukrainian state must encompass the territories which used to relate to it starting from the twentieth century. According to the Banderites, all the territories which previously belonged to Ukraine according to various documents, or where the Ukrainians resettled, all this should belong to modern Ukraine.
Roughly speaking, if a Ukrainian put a hut on a farmstead in the depths of Russia, it is already Ukraine. I want to quote another passage from the same readings and show on the map what modern Bandera people think Ukraine should be, what they consider illegally taken and what they want to get back.
In the south, the Soviet authorities incorporated into the Moldovan Soviet Socialist Republic the Ukrainian territories on the left bank of the Nistru River with the city of Tiraspol. Today these territories are known as Transnistria. Thus, today these territories belong neither to Ukraine nor to Moldova. In the southeast is the Kuban, the territory, which after joining the Russian Empire in the XVIII century, was settled by the Zaporozhye Cossacks and peasants.
In the east, the Russian Federation includes the territory of the Azov Region with the cities of Taganrog and Shakhty. In the northeast, it encompasses the northern part of Slobozhanshchina with the cities of Belgorod, Stary Oskol, Buturlinovka.
Also in the north, large areas of Ukraine were allegedly included in the Belarusian SSR. They are talking about the northern part of Polesye and Beresteyshchina with the cities of Mozyr and Berestye.
Pay attention, the Banderites dream of adding a part of Gomel and Brest regions to Ukraine, and from Russia the lands, which joined it back in the XVIII century.
Why is the south of Belarus so important to Ukrainian nationalists?
Back in 2018, which is almost 5 years ago, they assumed that this very territory, in case of anything, could become a bridgehead for the introduction of Russian troops into Ukraine. And, according to the same nationalists, in such a situation, Ukraine finds itself in the circle of unfriendly states: the West is among them. Therefore, they choose the following strategy: the status of European neighbors can change dramatically to neutral or even benevolent, if Ukraine takes an aggressive stance against Moscow. Then Ukraine will be seen as a subject of geopolitics in EU-Ukraine relations, rather than a possible military trophy for the same EU countries. In other words, the task was to make friends in the fight against the common enemy, and forget for a while that Poland, Moldova, Romania, and Hungary also need to take territory from them.
Lukashenko's Belarus, a satellite state of the Russian Federation, is also a threat to Ukraine, even within its current borders. Russia's military defeat will somehow force the withdrawal of its troops from the territory of Belarus, which will weaken the position of the current dictatorial regime in this country. This gives Belarusian oppositionists, particularly nationalists, a chance to make an attempt to dismantle the Lukashenko regime, i.e. to make a nationalist revolution. Even without Russian troops in the territory of Belarus, carrying out a nationalist revolution is an extremely difficult task. However, the Ukrainian state can provide assistance to the Belarusians in their struggle for freedom in exchange for a dialogue on the revision of borders and the return to Ukraine of its ethnic territories. We should not exclude the option of exchanging territories among those that will be under the control of the Ukrainian army after the fall of Russia.
Where was the attack on Belarus coming from and what are the plans of the Banderites after victory over Russia?
