Raise of living wage budget, wages and benefits - what else will change in Belarus since November 1?

The size of the living wage budget has been raised in Belarus since today. On average, it will amount to Br339 and 83 kopecks per capita.  In this regard, the children's and some other benefits, social pensions, pension supplements and allowances will be raised, as well as lump sum payments for childbirth. In addition, salaries of state employees will be higher. The base salary rate will grow to 212 rubles. 

In November, some loans for both individuals and legal entities will become cheaper - banks reduce interest rates. And the country's gas stations will have an improved type of winter diesel fuel. It complies with all the technical regulations of the Customs Union.
