Belarusian cuisine presented at largest International Gastronomic Festival in France

Belarusian cuisine was presented at the largest International Gastronomic Festival in France. The head of the guild of chefs of Belarus Alexander Chikilevsky and chefs of Belarusian restaurants went to the culinary capital of the world – the city of Mougins. The dishes were cooked according to old Belarusian recipes in modern interpretation – herring forshmak with beetroot mousse, cod in citrus marinade with fried potatoes and popcorn from buckwheat. The French audience and representatives of the leading media highly appreciated the taste of Belarusian dishes. Belarusian culinary specialists conducted master classes on the preparation of national delicacies.
