The State Department has published a list of countries for its citizens, with recommendations to visit this or that country. Among the risks that were taken into account is the level of crime, the threat of terrorist attacks and the possibility of natural disasters. Belarus fell into the first category with normal precautions. The countries of the fourth category include the most dangerous regions for the trip and the Americans are advised not to visit them.
