Belarus joins world’s largest festival Taste of France

Bon Appetite will sound simultaneously on 5 continents in honor of the biggest French dinner on 21 March. The menu of the evening was discussed by Belarusian chefs today in Minsk.18 public eating places of the capital will present a set of three classic dishes of this country. For Minsk this is the 4th Taste of France festival. The main theme of this festival is a modern vision of French cuisine, which is on UNESCO's list of non-material cultural heritage.
