Belarus to provide humanitarian aid to Cuba

Belarus will send humanitarian aid to Cuba. Our country will deliver medicines, canned meat and milk powder to the Island of Freedom. The cost of the cargo is 1 million 23 thousand Belarusian rubles, or $411 thousand.  The money will be allocated from the state budget to finance expenses caused by natural disasters, accidents and catastrophes. The Ministry of Health is responsible for provision of medicaments, the Ministry of Emergency Situations is responsible for canned food, and the Grodno Regional Executive Committee is responsible for milk supply. The Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Transportation will organize the delivery of humanitarian aid.
