This is the gesture of goodwill. Less than an hour ago, an aircraft IL-76 took off from the Minsk National Airport to the Republic of the Sudan with a humanitarian aid on board. This is the aid to flood victims from Belarus. The Ministry for Emergency Situations of our country was engaged in organizational issues by order of the head of state. Petrol pumps, a diesel generator, food, blankets and medical supplies will be provided to Sudan. The cargo was formed by several agencies – the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Grodno Regional Executive Committee and the Belarusian state concern for the production and sale of light industry goods. As usual, the humanitarian mission is accompanied by the Ministry for Emergency Situations, Alexander Khudoleev is the head of the group. The first deputy minister has several similar flights on his account. It is planned that the plane will fly from Minsk to Khartoum with refueling in the Turkish city Adana.
