The "Belarusian Voyage" train, modern architecture of Grozny and the development of the cultural and tourist cluster of Belarus and Russia.  A "Travel" forum is held in Moscow. It brings together dozens of companies from all regions of the Russian Federation.

There are also representatives from our country. The main topics of the forum are new tourist destinations in the face of sanctions, the development of domestic tourism, as well as interesting routes within the Union State.  Because of sanctions and the difficult political situation, many routes, especially to unfriendly countries, had to be frozen. But it gave an impetus for the development of domestic tourism as well as for closer cooperation with the neighboring country Belarus.

Nikolai Valuyev, first deputy chairman of Russian State Duma Committee on Tourism and Tourism Infrastructure Development:

“We are going to pay special attention to this issue. I know that we are seriously discussing it. The development of the Belarus-Russia cultural and tourist cluster will be actively financed in the framework of the Union State and its budget. Everything has been done to make it absolutely easy for Belarusians and Russians to participate in all kinds of tourism.”

North Caucasus is a new destination for Belarusian tourists

Russians  welcome tourists from Belarus. This year one of the new directions for us is the North Caucasus. Recently Belarus and Chechnya signed a road map for cooperation. Soon they will open direct flights Minsk - Grozny. For Belarusians, it is an opportunity to be transported to a completely different culture and to see a city that literally rebuilt from the ashes. After the Chechen war, it was almost completely destroyed. For four years in a row, every weekend the residents went out on subbotniks and rebuilt the capital. And today Grozny is one of the best cities in Russia in terms of standard of living.

The heart of Chechnya is one of the largest mosques in Russia and Europe. More than 10,000 people can pray here at the same time. It was built in a record time of just two years. This is the first mosque built after the Chechen war, so it is considered a symbol of peace.

By the way, in August Russian Railways has launched a circular train from Moscow to Belarus. The route was called "Belarusian Voyage". The trip is held in a format of "hotel on wheels". Russian tourists travel by train between the cities at night and explore the sights of Brest, Minsk, and Grodno.
