There is a direct connection between Nazism and an attempt to make a color revolution in Belarus. Prosecutor General of Belarus said it today in an exclusive interview to our TV channel. These days, Andrei Shved participates in the conference of heads of prosecutor's offices of the European countries, held in St. Petersburg.

Today, the Prosecutor General has made a report on the investigation of the genocide of the BSSR population during the Great Patriotic War. Thus, more than 140 major punitive operations were carried out in the territory of Belarus. Nearly ten thousand villages were destroyed. About 400 thousand citizens were deported for forced labor.

Massive investigation of General Prosecutor's Office of Belarus

In Belarus, there were 260 death camps and 170 ghettos, in which at least a million and a half people were annihilated. Many crimes went unpunished. Today, the Prosecutor General's Office of Belarus is carrying out a large-scale investigation. It reveals new facts of atrocities of Nazi invaders on our land. As Andrei Shved noted, it is necessary to speak openly about it today in order to prevent attempts to repeat those terrible events.
