The Head of State signed a decree, which provides for financing the expenses of the Special Fund of President of Belarus on Supporting Talented Youth. A total of 710 000 Belarusian rubles has been allocated for these purposes. The scholarships will be awarded to 145 representatives of talented youth. The President’s Fund acknowledges the achievements of winners of international and republican competitions and festivals in the musical, choreographic, visual spheres and other types of arts.
