7th Kastryčnicki Economic Forum starts in Minsk

The forum gathered the representatives of business community, government and world experts.

The issues of global trade, development of Belarusian economy in the global marker are discussed at the 2 day dialogue. The forum figures out what needs to be worked on, how to improve the conditions for doing business in regions, find new opportunities for our export. 

First Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Turchin, who is responsible in the Government for the economy, business and trade will attend the forum. Among the experts is also Chief Economist of the WTO, representatives of the World Bank, UN and other organizations will also take part in the discussions. The guests began arriving an hour before the official opening to communicate in an informal setting. 

The forum has a rich program. The participants will discuss inflation targeting and the stability of the national currency till the end of the day. The agenda for tomorrow includes conditions for running a business in regions and cooperation of the state and private sector. Among the participants are the ministers of economy and finance, which means that all the proposals of the Belarusian business will be noticed by the authorities.
