The first stage of the territory development of 1.120 hectares is designed until 2020. The northern area will be industrial, the southern - residential. The search for investors is active, there are preliminary agreements with several large foreign companies.
The convenient location - near Smolevichi, Minsk and the National Airport - is just one of the advantages of the future industrial park.
The creation of the special economic zone on the territory of the Minsk Region is an investment with prospect for the development of the region. In the near future the park will become a real business area.
