By Natallia Kuzmitskaya: Minsk budget will make up about $ 30 trillion and preserve its social orientation. About $ 13 trillion will be allocated for the social sphere, $ 5,6 trillion for the health care and about $ 3 trillion for the development of the transport system. According to the calculations, the city's budget will be deficit-free, it is expected that income will equal to expense.

It is planned to increase salaries for state employees, first of all for education and health workers, as only this year the population of Minsk has increased by more than 16 thousand inhabitants, therefore the working load in these fields has grown significantly.

With the increase in urban population in view, the new budget also envisages further infrastructural development of the city. New clinics, child care facilities and schools will be constructed along with new residential areas in Minsk.
