The reconstruction was finished on the eve of the 250th anniversary of the great composer. This oasis of the classism era is located 90 km of Minsk. These landscapes became the background for his polonaise.

Oginski arrived here in 1802 with his Italian wife and in 13 years constructed a stone palace here.

Oginski has turned his estate into the park and palace ensemble. Its summer and winter flower gardens had exotic flowers and fruits. Oginski also built a mill near the lake with swans.
Two roads, from St. Petersburg to Warsaw and from Vilnius to Minsk passed through Zalesie and the pace itself was called Northern Athens.
