Dishes from potatoes will definitely be included in the menu of the Week of Belarusian cuisine, which started in Minsk today. The action was supported by more than fifty cafes and restaurants. They prepared five dishes using the same recipe and offer it at the same price - 31 rubles 50 kopecks.
This is the 18th week of the Belarusian cuisine. During this time, about a hundred cafes and restaurants joined the gastronomic project. Some Belarusian dishes remained in the permanent menu.
