By Inna Pilevich: The Museum of Theatre and Musical Culture has hosted a presentation of guitars belonging to a bygone era. Over 40 musical instruments are owned by private collector Vladimir Mitryaev, who managed to restore the rarities imported to the USSR from Bulgaria, Germany and Czechoslovakia. The gem of the collection is a Czechoslovakian electric guitar played by Vladimir Mulyavin of the legendary band Pesnyary in the 1980s.
The collector owns a total of over 50 guitars. He is planning to present a selection of musical instruments made in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus in the near future.
