Modern Art Museum to host meeting with Sergei Balenok today

By Alisa Mikhailova: Sergei Balenok, one of the greatest illustrators of the 20th century, has worked on the design of books by Isaac Asimov, Ray Bradbury, Robert Sheckley, Jules Verne and Kurt Vonnegut. The leading art museums around the world are proud to exhibit his works. Private collectors from Europe put the artist’s etchings on a par with the masterpieces by Picasso, Matisse and Chagall.

The exhibition presents etchings, paintings, graphic sheets by Sergei Balenok made over the past 10 years. The geography of the artist’s personal projects is vast - from the neighbouring countries to China.
