Plane with Philipp Kirkorov lands in festival Vitebsk

Vitebsk is waiting for the opening of the 29th international festival of arts Slavic Bazar. The festival was reduced to 4 days. However, the content and variety of projects are for every taste. The concept of this season is global open-air: all the festival sites are in the fresh air. The gests of the festival have been arriving since morning. A plane with Philipp Kirkorov landed in the festival capital a little more than an hour ago. The performer received a special award by the President of Belarus "Through Art - to Peace and Mutual Understanding" this year.
