January Music Nights launch in Brest

The classical music festival January Music Nights has been opened in Brest by the Symphony Orchestra of the National State TV and Radio Company of Belarus under Vyacheslav Volich, followed by performances by Belarusian and French pianists. Mariinsky Theatre mezzo-soprano soloist Olga Borodina has also been invited to perform.

The festival will see a total of 200 artists from different countries, performing masterpieces of Western European, Russian and Belarusian music. The programme will feature performances by a saxophone ensemble from the Netherlands, pianists from Poland and Latvia and even a Christmas ball.
