The light of the frescoes of Dionysius to be demonstrated in Gomel

The exhibition presents about a hundred works of Moscow photographer Yuri Kholdin. It took him almost 12 years to take pictures of all the frescoes. The shooting took place in the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary at Ferapontov Monastery in Vologda Region. The temple, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, was painted by the ancient Russian icon painter Dionysius and his sons in 1502. The exposition will be presented in Gomel until November 7.
