Slavic Bazaar Festival may reach full self-sufficiency

During the next 3-4 years the international festival Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk may reach full self-sufficiency. The current music forum has already paid off at the cost of viewers and advertisers, said deputy PM of Belarus at the session of the organization committee. This year the organizers cut the terms of the festival by 2 days.


Boris Svetlov, the Belarusian Minister of Culture: This year the festival will be held July 11-15.


Anatoly Tozik, deputy PM of Belarus: The preparation work for the festival is over. 84% of tickets are already sold out. The members of the national committee assessed the readiness of festival sites, Summer Amphitheater in the first place. Over 100,000 people are expected to visit Slavic Bazaar this year.
