The Happiness of Being Together is an exhibition project that has opened today in the University of Culture Art Gallery. It is a display of paintings, drawings, and watercolours by the great artist and an honoured art persona of Belarus – Boris Arakcheev and his daughter, Oksana. Many of the artist's work are exhibited for the first time.
Boris Arakcheev left an impresivelegacy of paintings, which became part of the Belarusian art school. These are watercolours that are unique both in the technique and the colours used by the artist. They were created in the 1950—70s.
His younger daughter, Oksana Arakcheeva, is exhibiting a series of portraits of famous figures.
