By Nina Mozheiko: The National Centre for Contemporary Arts is hosting the first public art project My Favourite Artist, which brings together young artists from Belarus and Germany. Their works are their personal interpretations of masterpieces by Vincent Van Gogh, Salvador Dali, Rene Magritte, Claude Monet, Edgar Degas and others.
