Regulations on holding the 2017 Eurovision national selection have been posted on Belteleradiocompany’s website today following an approval by members of the permanent committee for preparations to the contest. Submissions will be accepted starting today till 22 November.
A professional jury will sel ect finalists following an open audition. Belarus’ official Eurovision representative will be selected during a live broadcast of the final national selection gala concert. The votes fr om spectators and the jury will be summed up at the ratio of 50:50.
The national selection round will be traditionally organised by Belteleradiocompany as the only representative of the European Broadcasting Union in Belarus.
The 2017 Eurovision Song Contest will take place in Kiev in May.
