The international competition for the creation of dolls was launched in Minsk college of culture and arts. Participants are working on 19 unique female silhouettes in dresses with national ornaments of Belarus and Venezuela.
The competition results will be summed up in 10 days. Next week a book-biography of Commandant Hugo Chavez will be presented in Minsk.
