EBU changes rules to accept all those wishing to perform at Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Minsk

The European Broadcasting Union had to change the rules to accept all those wishing to perform at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Minsk. On November 25, representatives of Albania, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, France, Macedonia, Georgia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, the Netherlands and Wales will take part in the contest. According to the rules, only 18 countries can participate in the competition, but this year it was decided to make an exception for Israel, as the country-winner of the adult Eurovision-2018.
