Slogan and the logo of the Junior Eurovision in Minsk approved

Very soon Belarus will plunge into the musical extravaganza. Preparations for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Minsk are proceeding at an active pace. The European Broadcasting Union and the supervisory board of the contest have already approved the slogan and logo of the upcoming show.

In the creation of the creative theme and the emblem of the project, the whole country participated without exaggeration. Belteleradiocompany received hundreds of proposals, ideas, fr om which the best was chosen. The main aether will show the symbols of the Junior Eurovision first.

Olga Salamaha, deputy director of the main directorate of the TV channel "Belarus 1", coordinator of the projects of Belteleradiocompany and the European Broadcasting Union: "Now, on the basis of the logo, the stage design, the layout of the main concert platform, the design of all accompanying premises, wh ere delegations, volunteers, the press center will be located, will be prepared. Well, of course, active promotion of the contest in Belarus and abroad."

A stage for the show is equipped in the Minsk Arena. The sports and entertainment complex is finally approved for the competition. The facility with a capacity of 15 thousand spectators has already hosted the Eurovision children's song in 2010 and meets all the requirements of the international television project. Gala-concert is scheduled for November 25.

The opening ceremony is planned in the exhibition pavilion. The delegations of the participating countries will stop in the very center of Minsk. Foreign guests will be accepted with five-star comfort. A worthy rest for the contestants and their teams will be provided by the President Hotel, whose fund is 154 rooms with a capacity of more than 300 people at the same time. Also there will be the Euroclub.

In addition to developing the layout of the stage, Belteleradiocompany is currently preparing a social program for the participants. And on March 27, one of the technical directors of the European Broadcasting Union will arrive in Minsk, who has repeatedly worked on an adult Eurovision. Together with the broadcaster's team, he will visit Minsk Arena in order to work out the concept of the musical holiday of the continent more thoroughly.
