19 ноября 2017

And the voice of Belarus has already sounded in Tbilisi. Our representative Helena Meraai arrived in Georgia long before the official opening of the project to take part in the days of our country's culture. Helena presented her "I'm the One" contest hit. Millions of viewers from different parts of the world will appreciate the song next Sunday. Meanwhile, our delegate is waiting for a busy week of preparation for the performance. The young singer is supported by an impressive team of specialists.

The Belarusian delegation, including the television news agency's crew, arrived in Georgia last night.

Our delegate Helena Meraai will first test the site only on Tuesday. It is on this day that her first rehearsal is planned. In the meantime, the young performer is preparing to enter the red carpet.

Let me remind you that Helena, along with her mother, flew to Georgia a few days ago to take part in the days of our country's culture.

For the first time in the history of the project Belarusians will be able to vote for their delegate! The European Broadcasting Union has amended the rules of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Voting will end right before the start of the competition on Sunday, November 26 and will open again after all the contestants perform, but only for 15 minutes. The winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be determined based on the results of the votes of the professional jury and TV viewers' assessments. Their opinion will be taken into account in a percentage ratio of 50 to 50.

So our colleagues, our victory is in our hands. Let's support Helena Merrai.
