According to the Regulations, all applicants from 9 to 14 years old will be admitted to the audition. A song in Russian or in Belarusian can participate in the contest. A foreign language can be used as well, but its amount is limited to 40% of the entire text. In addition, the song should not be commercially realized or publicly performed before May 1, 2018.
The deadline for applications is June 29. A TV show in the form of a gala concert will take place no later than on September 15. This year the competition will be held in Minsk for the second time.
