Belteleradiocompany announces the start of accepting applications for participation in the national qualifying round for Eurovision 2019. This year, all application forms are accepted exclusively in electronic form until January 31.
To take part in the selection, you must go to the website tvr.by, click on the Eurovision banner and fill in the form.
By tradition, the selection will take place in two stages. On February 4 audition of all applicants will be held in the live sound mode in the studio 600 meters on Makayonka 9. An online broadcast will be available on the website of Belteleradiocompany. 10 applicants will be chosen to perform for the TV audience of Belarus 1 and Belarus 24. The number of finalists may change by the decision of the organizing company and the professional focus group. The final will be held in the format of a TV gala concert no later than on March 8. The best contestant will be determined by the jury. The winner will receive the right to represent Belarus at the International Eurovision Song Contest 2019, which will be held in Tel Aviv in May.
