The rating of attractions was published by an authoritative British newspaper The Telegraph.

In addition to Tallinn, Riga, St. Petersburg, Biosphere Reserve "Danube Delta" and other top tourist destinations, it includes the Belarusian National Park ranking at the 18-th position. Today Bialowieza Forest is the largest of the surviving fragments of ancient forests of Europe, notes the newspaper. On its territory there are thousands of species of plants, birds and animals. Including those that are not already found in other places, such as bison or black stork, says the British tabloid.
