The national film studio Belarusfilm has held a private screening of the new Belarusian action film Traces on Water today to mark the 100th anniversary of the Belarusian police. Film distributors from all regions of the country were the first to see the movie. Following the screening, the film experts developed a promotion strategy for the film.
Traces on Water is based on the events of the first post-war years (combating racketeering in Western Belarus) and real archive facts from a novel by Professor, Doctor of Historical Sciences and retired Police Colonel Nikolai Ilyinsky.
The film is scheduled to be released on 23 February with an age restriction of 16.
