A delegation from Italy that included the director Gianfranco Cabiddu visited Belarusfilm. The guests were given a tour of the film studio by Igor Porshnev, the general director of Belarusfilm. The guests saw the updated pavilions and the movie site. They even tried on costumes from the movie The Wild Hunt of King Stakh.
Gianfranco Cabiddu, a director (Sardinia, Italy): "Here, at your film studio, I saw a large number of period props and costumes. Many things inspired me. I believe, in the future, we can come up with some kind of a joint project on the Middle Ages. This is my first visit to Minsk and I am very happy that the Belarusian audience has received my film very warmly."
Representatives of the film industry of both countries also discussed possible joint projects. Within the framework of the World Week of the Italian Language, Gianfranco Cabiddu presented his film The Stuff of Dreams (La stoffa dei sogni).
