Feature film about Vladimir Mulyavin to be produced in Belarus

For the first time the biography of the singer will be presented in artistic format. The script of the series in 8 episodes was developed for 6 years. 

Viktor Lobkovich, general producer of a private film company (Belarus):  "We changed three author groups. Last year I worked closely with Marina Mulyavina. That is, we have a script written, rewritten and rewritten for the third time."

"Half an Hour Before Spring" is a working title of the drama about Mulyavin. The budget of the new film is 5 million Belarusian rubles

Natalia Karchevskaya, First Deputy Minister of Culture of Belarus:  "Everything depends on the quality of the product, which is presented and the plan of commercial realization of the film. And, above all, the main criterion that guides the commission is the artistic quality of the project being prepared and the reputation of its creators. We are absolutely sure that the company is interested in promoting the interests of the country, in showing our culture in the best possible way".

As soon as both parties enter into a contract, 15 months will be given for the development. The castings will start  next month.
