Highway M5 is more than 80 kilometers of high-quality road, new information signs and roadside service. As for payment, it is mandatory for passenger cars registered outside the Customs Union with the weight of less than three and a half tons, as well as for vans, buses and trucks.

The first ring road will appear in the central part of the city in about 4-5 years. The other roads will have been constructed by 2030.

An updated general plan of Minsk was presented this week. Architects suggest developing the capital as a city in the city.
