25 years without Soviet Union seem like a red-hot cauldron. For some people Viskuli was the greatest geopolitical catastrophe, for the other it was a liberation, the beginning of new history. And these are two irreconcilable positions. In order to refrain from emotions, we suggest looking at the past 25 years through numbers.
