Belarus intends to cooperate with Azerbaijan within Silk Road Support Group

The Silk Road Support Group was created in the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly following the summer session hosted by the Belarusian capital. Such statements were made today at the meeting of parliamentary delegations in the House of Representatives. The task is to fill the agenda with investment and logistics projects. Parliamentarians will consider other initiatives as well, including those in agriculture, education and science. However, the emphasis is on the economy. As stressed at the meeting, lawmakers should promote active trade contacts between the two countries.
