Belarus and Armenia increase trade turnover 2.5 times in 5 years

Belarus and Armenia are planning to increase mutual trade. The prospects were discussed at the meeting of the Belarusian-Armenian Intergovernmental Commission. The parties outline that the states have reserves for further growth. At the end of the past year, bilateral trade amounted to more than $ 80 million. The main priorities of trade and economic cooperation are strengthening the positions of our exporters, expanding the distribution network, cooperation in the field of agriculture, science and technology. An increase in Armenian investments in Belarus is also noticed.

In terms of the volume of Belarusian exports, Armenia is traditionally included in the top 50 of the main trade partners of our country.
