The pace of expansion of the Great Stone Industrial Park is growing. This year 15 new residents have already been registered here. But this is not the limit, the innovation cluster noted. Despite the sanctions rhetoric, European companies are still coming to the Great Stone site. Other continents also show interest to work on favorable terms. The recent decree simplifying the work of companies has played its part in attracting residents.

The document provided a number of new preferences for business and opportunities, including financial ones for newcomers. The administration of the park assures that the effect is tangible, and expects to reach a round figure of a hundred residents already in the next year.

The project is international: Latvia - Belarus. The tandem will produce electronic boards for the needs of automotive industry or medicine.  The production will start next year. The park is sure that the project is needed.

Since the summer of 2021, the "Great Stone" have updated the rules of work: a number of additional preferences aimed at attracting new investments in the economy were introduced.

They are related to the expansion of areas of activity, support for startups, as well as new benefits for the so-called anchor investors. This increases the speed and efficiency of decisions. New horizons have opened up for traditional Chinese medicine in Belarus. The project to create such a medical center is already underway. A separate point in the draft decree is to support innovations

The Great Stone expects that the rate of attracting investors will not slow down; on the contrary, the capital flows will only increase. They plan to break the milestone of a hundred residents as early as next year. Judging by the current growth rates of the Sino-Belarusian site, neither Covid, nor sanctions will break these forecasts.
