Brest Region plans to produce about 5 thousand tons of natural product. This year the demand for the drink is very high. The natural product is obtained with a special technology: it is taken, where the birch trees grow for about 60 years. Experienced foresters know: if you strictly adhere to the rules, you cannot harm the tree. The hole for the groove should not be deeper than two centimeters. At the end of the season, the wound of the tree is covered with clay and it remains alive.
From the forest, the juice immediately goes for recycling. Within 12 hours, it must either be frozen or sterilized. Each batch undergoes laboratory control and heat treatment. Raw materials are stored in antiseptic tanks, which will allow to supply fresh products to the market all year round. The company has developed its own recipes, which was appreciated by foreign consumers.
The drink is really popular and successfully exported to the CIS countries, Italy, Germany, Moldova and even China.
