Only a third of the projects from the innovative state program correspond today to the level of the fourth-fifth technological order. Their share should be more than doubled. This was said by Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov at the Presidium of the Council of Ministers. This year, the innovative program will be replenished with 34 new projects. The development of innovative entrepreneurship is on trend. Technoparks are being created for business ideas.
The delay in commissioning objects and the slow expenditure of innovative funds are still topical issues. Unclaimed money remained in the local innovative funds last year.
