Meetings of the CIS Economic Council and EurAsEc Integration Committee will be held today in Moscow as part of the CIS International Economic Forum. The Belarusian delegation will be headed by a member of the Presidium of the Council of Ministers, Chairman of the CIS Economic Council Sergei Rumas. The forum will consider ways of implementing an interstate program of innovation cooperation between the CIS countries until 2020 and a long-term plan of joint activities for the exploration and use of mineral resources within the framework of the Intergovernmental Council.
The meeting also will discuss the termination of Eurasian Economic Community activities as agreed by the state leaders as well as the inventory of EurAsEc legal documents.
