350 tons of birch sap are planned to be harvested in the Slutsk district. Due to weather conditions this year, the time of harvesting is unusually short. According to forestry workers, the harvesting can be completed in the southern regions by the end of the week.
Processed Belarusian birch sap is supplied not only to the domestic market, but also to Russia and Western Europe.
