Small businesses of Minsk Region need to use instruments of financial security when concluding contracts with foreign partners. This opinion was expressed by the participants of the workshop on the use of financial instruments in the Executive Committee. This is especially true for the companies that deliver their products to China, Africa and Latin America. This year, the Minsk Region has increased exports by a quarter. 50 per cent of foreign contracts are signed with Russian partners.
