EAEU plans to create unified Eurasian commodity distribution network

3 декабря 2021
A single Eurasian commodity distribution network may be created in the EAEU. This topic was discussed during the Eurasian Congress in Moscow. Moreover, it will include not only the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, but also the so-called EAEU+, which includes the observer states, for example Uzbekistan. As the participants of the congress noted, the potential of mutual trade is not exhausted, and it is necessary to create mechanisms that would help to increase mutual trade.

Also, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of Belarus noted that Western sanctions had no effect on the Belarusian agricultural sector: we have our own land, equipment, seeds, our own breeding farms and processing organizations and our country does not depend on imports in this area. Moreover our main market is the CIS countries. And these are the friendly countries. Plus the Asian and African continents are actively developing. The Belarusian products are recognized there and the volume of deliveries grows  every year.
