Minsk intends to raise significantly the level of economic interaction with Chisinau.
This was announced at the meeting of the President of Belarus with the Prime Minister of Moldova Pavel Filip. For the last six months this is his second conversation with Alexander Lukashenko.
As a result of last year - the trade turnover between Minsk and Chisinau has approached a quarter of a billion dollars. This year the countries celebrate a quarter of a century of establishing diplomatic relations. In Moldova, there is an assembly of Belarusian trolleybuses, as well as tractors. Next year, the countries will organize a joint venture for production of Moldovan wine and cognac in Minsk. A constructive dialogue with Moldova is noted at all levels.
