Mozyr-Brest-3 pipeline section closed for repair

The Mozyr-Brest-3 section will undergo repair work until January 17. Specialists examined 1,300 kilometers of the Belarusian pipe and suggested recommendations on repairing defects in 2019. Gomeltransneft Druzhba began work on two sections of the pipeline. The members are located in a zone with high anthropogenic activity near settlements and water bodies, which carries significant environmental risks for the enterprise. Carrying out repair work will lead to a decrease in pressure in the pipeline and a partial shutdown of oil pumping.
