The 3rd Forum of Belarusian and Russian Regions will start in Minsk tomorrow. The key issues include equal rights of citizens of Belarus and Russia and the youth policy.
It is expected that the forum will be attended by the Presidents of Belarus and Russia Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin, members of parliaments of the 2 countries, heads of regions of Belarus and the Russian Federation including mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin. At the end of the visit the parties plan to sign a 2-year plan and program of activities for the development of cooperation. 9 sections on humanitarian cooperation, medicine and education will be working.
Minsk will host representatives of more than 30 Russian regions.
