The trade turnover of food and agricultural raw materials between Belarus and Mongolia has doubled in the first nine months of the year. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food has held a meeting with a delegation of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry of Mongolia led by the director of the Policy and Planning Department. The parties discussed the development of bilateral trade and economic relations.
From January to August this year, the trade turnover of food products and agricultural raw materials with Mongolia amounted to more than $7 million and consisted entirely of exports. The main items include dried skim milk and the whole milk powder. The Mongolian side is also interested in organizing supplies of highly productive breeding cattle.
